I am a Corppass Administrator. What are my responsibilities?

You are responsible for creating and managing Corppass accounts and digital service access for your entity. These responsibilities include:a. Updating user detailsb. Suspending, reactivating, and terminating user accountsc. Assigning digital service access rights to user accounts

My entity’s Corppass Administrator (Admin) has left, however he / she did not terminate the Admin account. What do I do?

Your entity’s RO can delete the Admin account via the ‘Manage Admin’ function found under the ‘Services’ tab on the homepage. If your entity has two Admins, the account of the departing Admin can also be terminated by the non-departing Admin.
If your entity has one Admin, you can nominate a new Admin to register for an account. The newly nominated Admin can terminate the departed Admin’s account and assume responsibility to manage your entity’s Corppass.

Why can’t I login to certain digital services, even after selecting the ‘default access to all e-Services’ option?

If you see an error message when logging into the digital service, first check that additional details required for the digital service have been set up. Depending on the digital service, this step is completed when:

  1. Selecting digital services for your entity
  2. Assigning digital services to Corppass accounts

If necessary, follow up on the error message and clarify with the respective agency or digital service.
