How do I get a replacement card for my lost or damage card?
- A replacement card can be obtained from any of our SPC service stations. Replacing a card is a simple three step process:
- Inform our cashier
- Enter your User ID on the keypad provided (DDMMYYNNN – date month year of your birth date and last 3 digits of your NRIC number)
- Obtain your replacement card on the spot
- Upon issuance of a new card, your previous card will be de-activated and all your particulars and benefits will be immediately transferred to your new card. An administration fee of $2 will be charged for the 3rd replacement card onwards.
