How to access the customer service portal
Please have your Singpass account ready to access the customer service portal.
If it’s your first time using the customer service portal, you must ensure that your company has enabled JTC e-services for your use.
Authorising staff to access the customer service portal
If you are an Authorised Person for your business on Corppass, you can authorise your staff to access the customer service portal and assign the following roles to them:
- Approver
An approver has full access to the customer service portal, can perform transactions and has access details to all your business premises. - Preparer
A preparer is granted partial access to the customer service portal, can perform selected transactions and view details of selected business premises.
