If you did a password reset for UAN and PASSWORD using forgot the password, the passbook will not be visible for next 6 hrs as per EPFO PAGE , where this is mentioned on right side in text , if anyone properly reads. The same passbook access will work after 6–8 hrs. This is similar to bank related security protocol in which bank limits transactions for few hrs after a new beneficiary is added. Hope it answers for some of you.
If you are able to login into EPFO Site , using EAN AND password known and have not reset your password using forgot password.
Wait for 24 hrs and next day, you can see your passbook.
