Student Application Process

Gather Necessary Documents
Ensure that you have the required documents ready in electronic PDF format:
- Certified copy of your ID
- Certified copy of your Matric Certificate or equivalent
- Post Matric Certificates ( If Applicable)
- CV ( If applicable)
(All documents must be certified within 3 months of the application date)

Start Online Submission
Complete the online application form. You will be asked to complete the following information about yourself:
- Biographical
- Academic
- Financial
- Information required by the DHET

Pay Application Fee
The application fee of R350.00 needs to be paid before completing the application. Please attach your proof of payment as part of your application. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable
Why do we ask for Proof of Payment as part of your application submission?
Your application will only be processed after payment has been received. Thus, by requesting proof of payment(POP) with your application submission. our administration staff reduces many follow ups for POPs. Consequently, resulting in an increase in efficiency by focusing on answering queries and processing applications.

Application Review by TOGI
The Two Oceans Graduate Institute will review your application as soon as possible and successful payment of application fee.
You will be notified via email once a decision has been made on your application. Students will be contacted if further interviews are necessary.
Acceptance letters and registration forms will be sent to successful applicants .
