They offer such services as acting as a contact between learners and the relevant SETA, conducting skills audit if required, compiling a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) to submit to the relevant SETA on your behalf
They assist with the implementation of the WSP training plan through appropriate accredited apprenticeships, learnerships and skills programmes and ensure compliance with legislative requirements to provide access to various Mandatory and Discretionary SETA grants available for training .
They also provide service to learners by submitting and implementing pivotal training proposals and manage these on your behalf
