Company-Led Training Programme (CLT)
About
The Company-Led Training (CLT) programme aims to accelerate professional development through on-the-job training programme for fresh to mid-level professionals acquiring competencies for jobs in demand by industry, especially those that support the Digital Economy sector transformation efforts.
The structured training will align to the Skills Framework of ICT and focus on developing tech skills especially in new areas like Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, IOT, Data Analytics, Blockchain, etc. The CLT programme has also been expanded to support Digital Leadership capabilities development, where companies can offer structured training programmes to prepare individuals to take on digital leadership roles.
Who can apply?
Singaporeans with qualification in STEM or related discipline

SkillsFuture Study Award (ICT)
About
The SkillsFuture Study Award is a monetary award to help Singaporeans equip themselves with the skills needed to benefit from quality jobs created by our economy. It encourages Singaporeans to deepen specialised skills needed by future economic growth sectors or in areas of demand.
Who can apply?
Singaporeans who are in their early to mid-stages of their careers, and are looking to further develop their careers in future economic growth sectors or in areas of demand.
Benefits
You will receive a monetary award of $5,000 which you can use to defray your out-of-pocket expenses associated with the course that you will be taking. It can be used on top of existing Government course fee subsidies.

Talent Assistance (T-Assist)
Thank you for your interest in the T-Assist programme. The programme has stopped applications since 31 March 2021.
For course providers who are interested in obtaining grant support for your courses, you may wish to onboard your courses (subject to respective Agencies’ funding and accreditation criteria) via TP Gateway HERE.
For existing trainees who have queries related to T-Assist and claims, please email us at talent_assistance@imda.gov.sg. We would like to remind trainees that claims must be submitted via the ICMS system within three (3) months from the actual completion date of the endorsed course and certification/assessment, or upon passing the required exam(s) for the certification.
