Amazon Silk is the default web browser that comes pre-installed on Amazon Fire tablets, Fire TV devices, and some Echo Show devices. If you have one of these devices, you should already have Silk installed on it.
If you do not have an Amazon device but would like to use Silk, you can download it from the Amazon Appstore. Here are the steps to download Silk from the Amazon Appstore:
- Go to the Amazon Appstore website (https://www.amazon.com/appstore) on your device’s web browser.
- Click on the “Download Amazon Appstore” button and follow the prompts to download and install the Appstore app.
- Once you have installed the Amazon Appstore, open it and search for “Amazon Silk”.
- Click on the “Get” button to download and install Silk on your device.
After installing Silk, you can open it and start browsing the web.
