How do I access my Medicare card online?

You can use the app to access your digital Medicare card. You’ll be able to see your Medicare number and who’s listed on your card.

Follow these steps to access your digital card.

  1. Sign in to the app.
  2. Select Card from the Menu.

It’s a good idea to still carry your physical Medicare card with you. You can also swipe left to access your digital Organ Donor card if you have one. You’ll automatically get a digital Organ Donor card when you register your decision to donate.

You can access and use a digital copy of your Medicare card as soon as you enroll.

To use a digital version of your Medicare card, you can access it in your Express Plus Medicare mobile App or add it to your myGov app. To access the app, you need a Medicare online account linked to myGov. If you don’t have these, you’ll need to set them up before you can download the app.

To view your Medicare card in your Express Plus Medicare mobile app follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.
  2. Select the Card tab on the home screen.

To add your Medicare card to your myGov app follow these steps:

  1. Open your myGov app.
  2. Go to Wallet on your home screen.
  3. Select Add to wallet and follow the steps.
