Bristol Training College has also move beyond its call of duty by initiating Graduate Capacity Building (GCD) as a means to combat graduate unemployment in South Africa, Through career coaching sessions, BTC graduates are taught to effectively draft professional CV’s, cover letters, interviewing skills, as well exposing the to job sites thus empowering graduates with the tools they need to increase their chances of securing employment.
