Once you’ve received an SMS informing you that you have been sent money

  1. Dial *120*277# to access the eWallet
  2. Set a secret 5-digit PIN for the eWallet
  3. Select Withdraw cash and then Get ATM PIN
  4. You’ll receive an SMS with a PIN
  5. Go to an FNB ATM
  6. At the ATM press the green button(Enter/Proceed) and then eWallet Services
  7. Key in your cellphone number and PIN received via SMS
  8. Choose the amount of money to withdraw.

Make sure that either your transaction has ended or that you press Cancel before leaving the ATM.If you have been sent money but you have no airtime, dial *130*321# to buy airtime with the money that has been sent to you. Then dial *120*277#.
