How do I check my NEA appeal status?

You may contact NEA Contact Centre at 1800 2255 632 to check on the status of your appeal. If your appeal is still pending and you have not received a reply, please note that you will be required to attend Court personally on the date and time stated in your NTAC or Summons.

Appellants are required to submit supporting documents, so that there is substantiated evidence to support the grounds for the appeal.

All appeals are reviewed carefully, and to ensure that due consideration is given to each case, we ask appellants to fill in an appeal form and send the completed form to us with the necessary supporting documents. NEA will look into your appeal once complete information is received. Please be informed that approximately 14 working days is required to process your appeal upon receipt of complete information.
